It is grounded in universal moral values and aims to prepare individuals to face the challenges and harness the opportunities of digital life.

The DQ Framework encompasses several key areas:

Digital Citizenship: Understanding and adhering to the norms of appropriate, responsible, and ethical behavior in digital spaces.

Digital Literacy: Competence in finding, evaluating, utilizing, and creating digital content.
